During the early months of 2009, my wife and I received the unfortunate news that our daughter was deaf. With this sudden discovery, came a number of necessary life changes that would need to take place in order to provide her with the proper health care. Of these changes, one was to sell our home and move closer to our family, who would help to support us along this new journey. Having bought our home at the peak of the housing market, we knew its current value was much less than our original purchase price. With this in mind, we made the decision we felt was best for our family, and decided to proceed with a short-sale of the home.

During our initial research of potential agents, we came across Maryann Hilvers and Frontline Realty Group. We knew immediately upon meeting with Maryann that she was the agent we wanted to sell our home.
